Annual Exams
This exam includes a PAP smear, pelvic exam, breast exam, and self-breast exam
education. Contraceptive services, hormone replacement therapy, nutritional
counseling and referrals for additional lab work and mammograms are also available.
Screening and Treatment
This includes vaginal infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), sexually transmitted
diseases (STDs), pelvic pain, menstrual irregularities, and premenstrual syndrome
(PMS).
Prenatal/ Maternity Care and Delivery
This includes complete prenatal care and a hospital delivery with your choice of
anesthesia. We take the time to explain every phase of your pregnancy, appropriately
monitor your health, provide nutritional counseling, and provide written prescriptions in
addition to natural remedies and techniques in order to ensure the best labor and

Pre-Conception Counseling
We offer advice on how to prepare your body for pregnancy.
Contraceptive Services
This includes several contraceptive options such as birth control pills, depo-provera
shot, IUDs, patch, etc., and benefit and risk counseling for each method.
Menopausal Services
This includes both peri- and post-menopausal services utilizing traditional and
alternative therapies for menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, sweats, heart
palpitations and mood swings.
Referral Services
If you need referrals for health care services that we do not offer, we will refer you to
other health care providers who also afford patients with quality care.
